Regulating emotional chaos can be a difficult and overwhelming task, especially in the classroom. In this webinar, learn how to respond more thoughtfully and controlled, allowing you to assist your students in regulating their emotions during the most challenging times.

2. Learn how better to manage your emotions and reactions during difficult times.
3. Respond to your students in a more thoughtful and controlled way.
4. Learn different techniques to assist in self-regulation for both you and your students.

This webinar training is 1.5 hours.
CEUs: 1.5 CEUs will be provided for social workers.

Webinar Audience: This webinar was designed for professionals and/or parents working with youth, School Counselors, Social Workers, Addiction Counselors, and Psychologists. Credentials are not required to enroll; anyone can participate in the online course.

About the Presenter:
Erica Hardesty MA, MSW, LSW, CTTS
Erica Hardesty is a School Social Worker for Cabell County Schools, President of the West Virginia School Social Workers Association. She sits on the Family Support Center Advisory Board with Children’s Home Society. With over a decade of experience working with children and adolescents, Hardesty has held various roles within the mental health community. She is a graduate of Marshall University with a Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling and a Master of Social Work. Hardesty also holds a License in Social Work in West Virginia and has recently become a Certified Tobacco Treatment Specialist through the West Virginia University School of Dentistry’s Certified Tobacco Treatment Training Program.
